In addition to various interfaces for payroll & accounting, gfos has a certified SAP interface. gfos 4.8 is one of the first Workforce Management solutions to be S/4 HANA certified (HR-PDC and PP-PDC). Our modular software thus fulfills all requirements for installation and operation under S/4HANA. Make use of the synergies both systems have to offer in order to simplify your daily work in the best possible way. Furthermore, GFOS is also certified for the integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
The HR-PDC interface enables smooth data exchange between SAP and the gfos subsystem. This eliminates double data maintenance and HR processes can be visualized exactly. Errors and inconsistencies due to insufficient exchange of two systems can be avoided. There is an automatic data exchange of master data (e.g. cost centers, personnel master data & qualifications) and transaction data (e.g. time bookings and accounts, absences, corrections). Time management on SAP’s side can thus be expanded by various functions of GFOS’ software gfos.Workforce. Thus, for example, staff scheduling or capacity planning are available.
The data recorded in gfos are provided for SAP’s system. On the other hand, gfos can use information such as balances, working time parameters, daily schedules etc., which are recorded in SAP, and thus become available for other modules, optimally expanding the functional scope of the ERP system via the interface. Bidirectional data exchange takes place automatically, so that gfos.Workforce fits seamlessly into the existing ERP landscape.

Using gfos, you prepare all payroll data in an interface file, which is then transferred to your accounting system. The connection of our software to your system takes place unhindered, while presences and absences are processed within gfos.Workforce. Our Workforce Management software is the leading system for identifying and processing all time-related- bonus-, basic pay- and salary types. All payroll-relevant data is automatically processed on the basis of the recorded time data. This way, they can be processed immediately and no further processing in the accounting system is necessary - you save time and money.
In addition, there is a neutral host interface that provides a generic record format. The data can be summarized on request (i.e., a transfer set per client, personnel number, payroll period and wage type) or you can transfer your data unsummarized.
