Our service package “ProAktiv” provides you with active support for your servers, operating systems and databases. In order for you to make use of our services, an existing maintenance contract with GFOS mbH as well as remote access to the gfos database server are required. The service package includes:
Periodical administration of the database
- Utilization and sizing
- Evaluation of LOG files
- Tuning for performance bottlenecks
- Update of operating system patches

Our service package “TermAktiv” includes the active support of your installed time tracking- and access control terminals. In order for you to make use of our services, an existing maintenance contract with GFOS mbH as well as remote access to the gfos database server are required.
The service package includes
- Hotline support in the event of a problem during our office hours with guaranteed reaction times and, if necessary, service on-site
- Regular checking of log files
- Implementation of firmware updates on the terminals
- Restarting after repair or after the exchange of hardware
- Regular checks of the terminals, including replacement of the backup batteries as required
- Proactive check (remote) including evaluation report via e-mail
