Who is allowed to view the time tracking in the company?

Time data may only be viewed by the respective persons themselves and by supervisors or administrators with the appropriate authorizations. You assign the relevant authorizations individually within the GFOS software. This ensures that the data is safe from access by third parties. GFOS also has ISO 27001 certification and therefore complies with important IT security and data protection standards.

How secure is personal data?

Thanks to central storage and the comprehensive authorization system, all personal data is protected in multiple ways and to a large extent. You benefit from secure storage in the GFOS knownCloud in data centers with German server locations. Your right to view the personal data stored for each employee is available at any time via a corresponding evaluation. Can time tracking and access control also be combined?

Yes, the GFOS software is flexible, so you can expand its scope at any time with larger bundles. For example, all badges, chips and means of identification that are used for time tracking with software can also be used to unlock doors, barriers, etc. for the access control system - so you can cover many functions with one badge.
