The GFOS App is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play. It runs on Apple devices with iOS 16.6 or later and Android devices with Android 7 or later.
Yes. If there is no internet connection or the system is unavailable, time entries are stored temporarily in the app. They are transferred automatically when a connection is restored, provided you reopen the app.
No. Location information is an optional feature and is used only if your organization has enabled it. To protect user privacy, users must also enable location access in the app and can revoke permission at any time. When GPS is enabled, location data is captured in connection with a time entry.
Managers can process requests individually or use bulk approval. Overlapping team absences are displayed during the process, and delegated approvals are supported.
This depends on which GFOS.Workforce Management modules your organization uses and how the app is configured. The app automatically displays the features enabled for you, such as time tracking, workforce scheduling, or project time tracking. For further questions, contact your internal GFOS admin.
