Sustainability goals

Sustainability is an important corporate value for us.

We don't just look at quarterly figures, we think long-term. We are guided by the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations. These 17 global goals, which were adopted by the member states of the United Nations in September 2015, are intended to tackle pressing challenges worldwide and promote sustainable development. The SDGs are intended to help reconcile economic progress, social justice and environmental protection.

Focus on four sustainability goals

We focus in particular on these four sustainability goals:

Decent work and economic growth

High-quality education and training

  • We contribute to improving access to education for all population groups. 
  • We support programs and initiatives that promote lifelong learning and professional development to adapt people's skills to changing labor markets.

  • We take our responsibility as an employer seriously and offer excellent training and further education as well as long-term prospects for all employees.

Gender equality

  • We are working to increase the proportion of women in the IT sector and in management positions.
  • We are raising awareness of gender inequality and combating stereotypes.
  • We want to ensure that men and women receive the same pay for the same work.

Sustainable consumption and production

  • We give preference to products and services from companies that adopt environmentally friendly practices.
  • We promote waste reduction and recycling within the company.
  • We sensitize our employees to the economical use of energy.

It is important to us to set realistic goals and proceed step by step. Long-term commitment is crucial to successfully supporting and achieving the SDGs.
