Incentive and Bonus Pay Components
Using the incentive-pay components, person- and/or group-related agreements, premiums and bonuses are calculated and supplied to payroll departments. Retroactive accounting possibility assures proper cost recording and later corrections. If the ERP-PPS system’s default values are insufficient for performance evaluations, e.g. with changing group sizes, via assigning dynamic attributes, the user can also have corresponding time benchmarks determined in X/TIME®.
