Due to its modern interface technology, X/TIME^®-BDM is connectable to ERP/PPS systems such as SAP R/3, Baan IV, PSI-Piuss, BRAIN, Infor, MFG/Pro, etc. X/TIME^®-MES can be used simply as an acknowledgement system and subordinated to an ERP/PPS (e.g. SAP R/3) system or also implemented as a standalone. As a standalone, the processing module is needed.

The functions include acknowledgement plausibility testing, updating the database and information system for simultaneous availability of so-called information "containers”:
