Within the framework of sales data recording, numerous dialogues operated by employees are enabled by the acknowledgement system. This includes logging in and out at the workplace for individuals, multiple machine users and group workplaces, requesting the next order or process step, receipt printing and process step login- and out. Individual procedures can be posted as explicit start and end messages, as a start message without a status change, as purely a progress message without status change or as an automatic end message when posted as “out”.

Furthermore, the acknowledgement system offers comprehensive quality control for which testing can either occur randomly or by process step. The module can distinguish between "good/bad/rework" and record the various defect types. Breakdowns can be recorded and cancelled with the breakdown’s definition. Furthermore, the module includes the function to cancel transportation. Block allocation and/or resolution for aggregating very short working processes into a batch is ensured by the acknowledgement system. Offline notifications are also automatically recognized. All acknowledgements to the system are collected and synchronized in a PDC log file. All working instructions, diagrams etc. will be displayed by the system according to DIN EN ISO 9001ff.
