Throughout the complete sales organization, personnel must be allocated considering business hours, sales promotion days/weeks, seasonal influences and delivery days. This is hardly possible manually anymore, especially for a large and branched subsidiary structure. Planning for commerce normally occurs based upon expected sales, customer frequency measurements or cash-register transaction quantities. Especially for commerce, important additional functions such as “security guards” or “key authorization” are automatically considered upon planning.
