Our X/TIME®-QM quality management system can support you in inspecting and optimizing all quality-relevant internal and external company processes. These are visualized in a holistically and fully integrated IT solution.
Via an integrated receiving function, X/TIME®-QM enables a comprehensive supplier assessment and a flexible random type receiving control according to the skip-lot process. A variable amount of points as well as type and extent of the test can be derived directly from operational events. Complete with data for the sampling location and personnel responsibility, these are recorded manually, automatically and in consideration of a standard master-data basis via a standard interface into measurement data collection.

Modern batch management becomes even more important due to many suppliers and the production chains’ complexity. With our production-accompanying quality management, all customer-defined data can be seamlessly recorded and verified at any time via batch tracing. Even with very complex production processes, X/TIME® is capable of initially isolating and recording every production step and simultaneously recording all preset and downstream steps. Thus, based upon information gained, the whereabouts of special raw material batches are documented and potential breakdown factors will be recognized early and handled.
